Our team is full of dreamers and doers, people who believe in good design, fashion that makes a difference, and showing up, for each other and the planet, each day. In 2025, we accelerated this by taking several concrete steps: we started initiating Development Plans for selected talents and strong performers, introduced a proxy approach to gradually build leadership skills and create first entry points into people responsibilities, and ran an external salary benchmark to validate whether we’re paying competitively. We also updated our internal grading system and refreshed our bi-annual Employee Interview format to put more focus on performance, potential, and values.

GUUDCARD

Introducing the guudcard: a perk that matters

In 2025, we rolled out a new employee benefit for our more than 180 team members: the guudcard. It’s built on Germany’s €50 monthly tax‑free allowance, but instead of turning it into another generic perk, we shaped it into something flexible, useful, and aligned to our values.

What the guudcard Actually Does

Every month, the guudcard loads €50, fully covered by ARMEDANGELS. Employees can spend it on things that support their everyday life, from health, mobility, and sports, to culture, sustainable consumption, or local partners. From a gym membership to a bike repair to a favourite neighbourhood shop, everything is managed in one simple app.

OUR CERTIFICATIONS

Our goal is to maximize product certifications to the highest standards available. We certify as many products as possible to the most robust and credible standards from our existing certification portfolio: GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, RAF (incl. RWS, RMS, RAS). Our License number is CB-1085700.
