2025. What a wild year. From Labubu madness to the rise of AI, 2025 was a year of technological shifts, cultural phenomena, and geopolitical tensions. It was also the third warmest year in history, with continued rising of greenhouse gases and ocean heat, alongside microplastic mayhem and biodiversity loss. Yikes.

For ARMEDANGELS, 2025 was a year of acceleration and innovation, a year of highest highs and endless learnings.

It was the first year where we focused action towards achieving the 2025 milestones within our Impact* Roadmap, having launched the strategy the previous year. With clear focus came strong results, alongside learnings and challenges.

We are so excited to share all this and more in our 2025 Impact Report. More than the annual behind-the-seams look at our business, it is our yearly moment to pause and reflect on what went well, what didn’t, and what we need to push on with. So read on changemaker. For too long, fashion has fueled environmental damage and social inequality, with profit and pollution overshadowing creativity and collaboration. Since 2007, ARMEDANGELS has been on a mission to change that. We exist to challenge the status quo and prove fashion can be a force for good.

We believe better materials make better clothes. Organic, recycled, and innovative fibers that look good, feel good, and last. Clothes designed to be loved for many seasons, not discarded after one, then repaired, recycled, and resold rather than thrown away. We treat our suppliers as partners, not just factories — working together on fair wages, improving working conditions, with a shared commitment to reduce the carbon and environmental impact of our clothes.

Honesty is built into how we work. Every certification, every Digital Product Passport, every Impact Report is our commitment to trust and showing what’s behind the clothes — the progress, the partnerships, and the projects still to come. 2025 was another year of that work.

IMPACT* ROADMAP

*Change is about to get real
2025 marked Year Two of our Impact* Roadmap, and we made steady progress across all five pillars. For those new here, the Impact* Roadmap (*change is about to get real) is our strategic backbone. It’s how we translate our North Star into tangible action across our entire value chain, from climate and circularity to human rights and supply chain transparency. Five holistic pillars, one guiding ambition, keeping us focused on what matters most.

HOW DO WE MEASURE AND TRACK PROGRESS?

At the heart of our strategy is a set of Moonshot Visions: the long-term visions that define where ARMEDANGELS is heading over the next 10 to 15 years. These are not quick wins. They are the big, structural changes we believe the fashion industry needs to make — and that we are committed to leading on.

To get there, we work backwards. Each Moonshot Vision breaks down into Milestones — currently mapped across 2025 to 2027 — with specific, measurable Targets that we report against each year. At the end of each cycle, we set the next three years. It is how we make long-term ambition into something concrete and accountable.
